Posted in Leadership | Tagged a couple of people who wanted what they wanted, ask to borrow my staff for a specific task, being respectful of others in the non-profit sector, dealing with difficult people, disrespectful of me, gotten our organization in trouble with worker’s compensation, ingrid zacharias, my organization’s policies and procedures and of my staff, never to make a spontaneous decision, overly assertive people, part of the job of a non-profit was to help with social issues, preventing a horror story from the non-profit trenches, setting organizational barriers, she was a person who didn’t respect barriers, strategic planning for non-profits, the pain and suffering it could have caused my staff, the realistic perspective was that they were bullies, this could cause problems for our organization with employment standards, what strategies have you used to deal with difficult people in the non-profit sector | Leave a comment
